Our Yoga classes at Aldanat Community Hub offer a calm, welcoming space to stretch, strengthen, and unwind. Sessions focus on gentle movement, guided breathing, and relaxation techniques to improve flexibility, balance, and overall wellbeing — helping you leave feeling lighter, happier, and more at peace.
Led by Louise, a 250-hour qualified yoga instructor (including Yin yoga), the class is shaped by nearly 20 years of personal practice and four years of teaching experience. What began as a way to complement her fitness training and prevent injury has grown into a true passion for helping others reconnect with their bodies.
Louise’s teaching style is calm, friendly, and creatively themed, with flows that can be adapted to suit your mood and ability — whether you want to gently regress or challenge yourself and progress. Alongside yoga, she brings seven years of experience as a personal trainer, teaching spin and kettlebells, and takes a holistic approach to movement and wellbeing.
Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to the mat, you’ll be guided with warmth, encouragement, and expert support every step of the way.
