Private Swimming Pool Hire – Terms of Service

These Pool Hire Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the pools provided by Aldanat Community Hub Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By making a booking, purchase, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Facilities

  • The pool and facilities are provided for the exclusive use of the named hirer and their registered guests during the booking period.

  • Please arrive and leave within your allocated time slot to allow for cleaning and changeover between sessions.

  • The hirer or responsible adult on behalf of the hirer in the case where the hiring client lacks capacity is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Safety & Supervision

  • No lifeguard is provided. All swimmers use the pool at their own risk.

  • Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

  • No diving, running, or horseplay is permitted in or around the pool area.

  • The use of glass containers, alcohol, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

  • Management reserves the right to terminate any session immediately for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

3. Liability

  • Aldanat Community Hub accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or personal property while on the premises.

  • By booking, you acknowledge and accept all inherent risks associated with swimming and pool use.

  • All guests must comply with safety signage and staff instructions at all times.

4. Cleanliness & Damage

  • Please ensure the area is left clean and tidy after use.

  • Any damage to property or facilities caused during your hire may result in repair or cleaning charges.

5. Pool Hygiene Policy

  • To maintain the highest water quality and safety standards, please ensure all guests use the restroom before entering the pool.

  • If an incident of contamination occurs (such as urination or defecation in the pool), we may need to temporarily close the facility for cleaning and water treatment. In such cases, the hirer will be responsible for associated cleaning costs and any lost or cancelled bookings resulting from the closure.

6. Privacy, Conduct & Filming

  • The facilities are for private recreational use only. Commercial use, photography, or events require prior written approval.

  • Please be considerate of other users, staff, and neighboring businesses or properties at all times.

7. Management Rights

  • Aldanat Community Hub reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time and to refuse or terminate bookings at its discretion.
