Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To help us serve all our customers fairly, please review our cancellation terms below:

1. Cancellations Made More Than 2 Days in Advance
  • A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 2 days before the scheduled booking.

2. Cancellations Made Less Than 2 Days in Advance
  • Bookings will not be able to be cancelled and no refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled booking.

3. No-Shows
  • Customers who do not attend their booking will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Rescheduling
  • Rescheduling is permitted up to 1 day before the booking at no additional charge. Requests made after this time may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

5. Business Cancellations
  • In the rare event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
